Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all accessories. Email tjt5580@gmail.com with your order number to start a return. Returns sent without an approved request can't be accepted.
Return shipping
We'll send instructions and the return address once your return is approved. Unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping is paid by the customer and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll offer a replacement or refund.
After 30 days
Products aren't covered beyond the 30-day return window. This doesn't affect your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected we'll confirm by email. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; your bank may take extra time.
Cancellations
You can cancel before an order ships by emailing us. After it ships, it can be returned under this policy.
