Free standard shipping to Canada and the US. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days.
Where orders ship from
Aetheris products ship directly from our supplier's warehouse in China. We don't hold stock in Canada.
Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days before they're handed to the carrier.
Delivery time
Delivery to Canada and the United States usually takes about 7–15 business days after shipping. These are estimates, not guarantees: carrier delays, customs and peak seasons can make some orders take longer.
Cost
Standard shipping to Canada and the US is free. A paid express option is shown at checkout where available.
Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number, emailed once your order ships. Tracking may take a few days to show updates.
Duties and taxes
Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. In rare cases customs may charge import duties or fees, which are the customer's responsibility.
Multiple packages
Orders with several items may arrive separately.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking hasn't updated for 10+ business days, or your order hasn't arrived 25 business days after shipping, email tjt5580@gmail.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
